The Zucchini Quiche, onion and gorgonzola cheese (or blue cheese) is so good, so easy to make, that everyone in the family will surely like it. As many will know, quiché is a typical dish from the north of France, from the Lorraine region.   • 1 short or short crust pastry base (preferably round)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 glass of liquid cream (thick)
  • 200 gr. gorgonzola cheese (or blue cheese)
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 large onion
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • 25 cm diameter mold

1. Spread the broken dough in a 25 cm diameter mold, pierce the bottom with a fork to prevent the dough from losing shape, and take it to the oven at 180ÂșC for about 15 minutes or until the dough has a little color .

2. Put a little oil in a frying pan and heat. When it is hot, add the onion and zucchini in thin sheets so that they are done. Let cool.

3. In a bowl, beat the eggs, and then mix them with the gorgonzola cheese (in pieces) and the liquid cream. Mix everything very well.

4. When the dough is colored, remove it from the oven. Arrange the zucchini and onion on top.

5. Add the mixture of eggs, cheese and cream to the dough, covering the zucchini and onion. Take the quiche to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the mixture is set.
