This is a super simple recipe to substitute the popsicles or popsicles full of colorants and sugar with ones of pure fruit. These are delicious homemade popsicles that will delight children.
These fruit popsicles or popsicles are free of gluten, dairy or sugar, so it is a recipe allowed in the diet for celiacs, in the diet of specific carbohydrates, in the vegan and in the RAW diet. Enjoy!
- fruit to your liking (strawberry, mango, banana ...)
- stevia (to sweeten)
- some water
- blender
- popsicle molds
Tip: if you make color palettes, each layer of the polo shirt must be frozen, before putting the next one.
1. Blend the fruit in the blender. If necessary, add a little water to make it easier to blend. If you wish, you can leave part of the fruit unblended, just cut into small pieces. It can also be made in colors, with more than one fruit.
2. Put the blended fruit (or mixed with the fruit in pieces) in the molds for the popsicles.
3. Leave in the freezer until completely frozen.
